Service Description & Model Free Use: Creating an account and using the website is completely free Paid features: Sending messages and Certain enhanced features (e.g., priority profile placement, advanced filters, virtual gifts) are available for a fee ("Premium Features"). Prices are shown in Euros (€) before purchase. Nature of Profiles: To maintain an active and engaging community, the Site utilizes various methods to populate user feeds. You acknowledge and agree that some profiles you interact with may be managed by professional chat agents for entertainment purposes. Real-life meetings with the individuals depicted in such profiles are not possible. The primary purpose of these interactions is entertainment within the platform. 6. Payments & Refunds Payment Processing: All payments for Premium Features are handled by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Paysera). We do not store your full payment card details. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the Premium Features, access is granted immediately after purchase. To provide a faster checkout experience, certain information (such as your registered email address) may be pre-filled with our payment partners. By initiating a payment, you consent to this data sharing for transaction facilitation purposes only. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by completing a purchase you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Refunds are therefore not provided once Premium Features have been activated, except where required by applicable law. Chargebacks: Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment reversal for a finalized purchase will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
